WARD CHOIR
In behalf of the Music Council and the Ward Choir, we need your help! The choir is having its first performance this Sunday in Sacrament Meeting and we only had about a dozen peeps show up for practice last time!
So, all of you who have ever come to practice... and anyone else that has a voice and can read and stuff... please come to our "emergency practice" this Sunday at 11:00 AM. We'll meet on the main floor of the SWKT and find an empty room, hopefully on that floor, to practice in before Priesthood/Relief Society starts. We'll be singing "Our Savior's Love" and it's going to be beautiful! So please, be part of this experience!
If you have any questions, or if you come to practice but for some reason can't find us, just call Ariel Thexton, Catherine Curtis, or myself (480-290-9967). Also, you can call if you want to arrange a wake up call to remind you to come on Sunday morning, or if you think you'll need some sort of edible incentive to motivate you to come. Thank you!
Musically yours,
Daniel Mooney

STAKE ACTIVITY! (Stake Hick-Fest)
6:00pm - Meet at the mailboxes to car pool down to the Crosby home for the STAKE ACTIVITY. Carpooling would be much appreciated since there is limited parking space at the Crosby home and it takes about a half hour to get there.
Dress: I'm sure they would appreciate you wearing your cowboy/girl finest :-)
There will be dinner, games, and music. One important thing to remember is that once you're up Hobble Creek Canyon, there is generally no cell-phone reception, so calling people once you get there may not work out very well.
If you can't come Saturday night, you're welcome to come Friday night. Same time. Same place. Same food. They split up the stake into two groups to accommodate everyone.
We're excited to see you there!!!
