Today is the birthday of Emily Gooch--soon to be Juengling (pronounced kind of like this: yoon-ling). She is from Stayton, Oregon and a political science major with a minor in art education. She is graduating in April (hooray), moving home to Oregon, and marrying Kurt on June 24, 2011 in the Portland Oregon Temple (double hooray). Em loves pasta, frosting, waffles/pancakes, J Dawgs, and Texas Roadhouse --she can out eat any guy. She collects pretty bottles and has a massive collection at her home. She also collects cow bells. She has a dog named Bo that she loves a lot a lot. Her sister is her Irish twin (they are like 11 months apart). She owns several seasons of "The Nanny." She also knits like crazy, plays intramural wallyball, runs, and talks to Kurt on the phone (he's at BYU-I).Happy Birthday Emily!
